• Flexible – 14 days (General): 
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. 

• Prepayment 
No deposit will be charged. The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time.

• Non-refundable:
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel at any time.

• Data privacy: 
We take care Your personal data will not be used if you indicate that you do not want them to be used. The credit card details are used to guarantee the reservation. 

• Security in your transaction: 
When a charge it is made to your credit card at the time of the online booking, the payment will be made by security protocol with the highest standards.

• Confirmation by e-mail: 
You will receive an email confirming your booking.

• Booking cancellation:
Please check the cancellation policy at the time of booking to cancel at no cost. There are some special rates and offers subject to prepayment policies, or Non refundable rates that do not accept cancellations.

• Other conditions:

-Please note that bed linen is changed once a week. Towels are changed every 2 days.

-Apartments should be left clean.

-Please note, a cleaning service can be provided for a supplement.

-Please note that parties are not allowed in the apartments and noise should be reduced after 23:30.

-The total amount of the reservation will be charged upon check-in.

-When booking more than 2 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

-Please note, cots are available on request and subject to availability at an extra cos of EUR 5 per day.
